Universal Advisor

This role is a Universal Advisor based at an FNB branch who will deliver compliant banking solutions to walk-in and existing customers. The position focuses on identifying customer needs, selling appropriate financial products, and proactively guiding users toward digital e-Channels and self-service platforms. Successful candidates will maintain accurate records while adhering to strict regulatory principles such as FAIS and FICA within a high-volume environment.
