This position involves engaging with walk-in and existing customers to deliver compliant sales and service solutions while promoting digital and self-service channels. The role requires maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with regulatory principles such as FAIS, FICA, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
