Universal Banker Manager

The Universal Banker Manager serves as the first-line leader for Universal Banker employees within an assigned branch cluster, responsible for coaching, performance management, staffing coordination, and member experience support. The role involves maintaining a regular presence across multiple branch locations, resolving day-to-day issues, and supporting branch operations while maintaining individual production expectations. The position reports directly to the Area Service Manager and partners with branch employees and support departments to ensure consistent execution of service, sales, and operational standards.
