Universal Banker

The Universal Banker provides excellent member service by performing accurate transactions, listening, educating, and identifying members' needs across multiple roles including teller line transactions, lending, and new account opening. The position requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of navigating multiple computer programs to help the credit union prosper. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with all company policies and regulations.
