Universal Banker

The Universal Banker serves as a consultant to customers by conducting financial profiles, identifying needs, and cross-selling opportunities to attract, expand, and retain client relationships. This role supports the financial growth of the banking center by acting as both a Teller and Personal Banker to meet customer and team needs. The position involves proactive client communication, resolving service issues, and providing backup support to other branches as required.
