Universal Branch Representative I

The Universal Branch Representative performs both teller and member service representative duties at a credit union branch, providing day-to-day transaction processing and account services. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting branch sales and service strategies and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The position engages directly with members in person and by phone to open accounts, process deposits and loans, and handle cash transactions.
