Universal Member Services Representative

The Universal Member Services Representative supports the Mercury Branch by performing a broad range of member service functions, including opening and closing accounts, handling financial transactions, and addressing member inquiries. This dual role also involves supporting teller line functions, managing cash drawers, and assisting with branch operations. The position plays a key part in driving sales initiatives by cross-selling credit union products and referring loans and business partner services.
