Universal Worker (PRN)

The Universal Worker (PRN) is a cross-trained team member responsible for providing support in the dietary, housekeeping, and laundry departments of an assisted living community. This position helps ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by assisting where staffing needs are greatest. The role requires flexibility to float between departments based on daily operational needs while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
