Unskilled Maintenance

This full-time position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as general building repairs and preventative maintenance. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of the facility, responding to emergencies, and assisting with various operational tasks including snow removal and traffic direction. Candidates must be willing to work varying shifts and in diverse weather conditions.
