Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into registration systems
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations prior to visits
• Schedule appointments for radiology, lab, and ancillary services
• Collect patient liabilities including deductibles, copays, and self-pay payments
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed control tasks
