Upfit Supervisor

The Upfit Supervisor provides direct shop-floor leadership to oversee daily vehicle upfit operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution of production tasks. This role is accountable for meeting daily production, quality, safety, and productivity targets while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves establishing daily priorities, assigning labor and resources, and driving accountability throughout the shift.
