The Upstream Technical Operations Lead will own end‑to‑end technical, manufacturing, and people accountability for a complex biologics program at a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dunboyne. Reporting to the Upstream Technical Operations Director, the role leads a team of scientists and engineers to provide floor‑based support across the entire upstream process, from media preparation to bioreactor operations and process monitoring.
