Uptime Engineer

The Uptime Engineer provides technical problem resolution, root cause analysis, and repair guidance to distributors and customers while supporting the Aftersales business managers. This role involves overseeing warranty claims, developing product training, and coordinating with Engineering to identify and manage field product improvements.
