Urgent Care Manager

The Urgent Care Manager oversees all aspects of the urgent care department, including operations, finances, staffing, and patient flow, to ensure high-quality, timely care and a positive patient experience. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role partners with medical directors and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, drive performance improvements, and manage budgets and resources in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
