About this role

Included Health seeks a board-certified physician with at least three years of post-residency experience in urgent care or primary care to provide comprehensive clinical care across all ages. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing patients, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing telemedicine tools within an integrated virtual care environment. Reporting to the Medical Director, the physician will also maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with support teams to improve healthcare access and quality.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for all age groups
Perform virtual examinations and interpret diagnostic tests remotely
Maintain accurate patient records and document findings timely
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with providers
Manage clinical shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
