US Commercial Lead

This role serves as the first commercial hire in the US for a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup, responsible for opening the American market for AI agents that automate complex enterprise system implementations. The position involves owning the full sales motion from the ground up, managing both direct and partner channel sales, and growing into a US commercial leadership role. The individual will build pipeline from near zero, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and establish the foundational sales processes for future team expansion.
