About this role

The U.S. Investment Banking Analyst role involves designing, originating, structuring, and executing mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and leveraged finance for Mizuho's client base. This position requires conducting extensive research, developing financial models, and creating pitch materials to support strategic transaction development and client relationship management.
