US Non-IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various US-based roles across Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and other non-IT verticals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with onsite recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and assess qualified candidates while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. This role requires strong sourcing skills and experience working within US time zones to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines.
