We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various US-based roles across non-IT verticals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with onsite recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and assess qualified candidates for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and other non-technical domains. This role involves building effective sourcing strategies and maintaining accurate candidate information in the ATS.
