US Sales Operations & Onboarding Analyst

This hybrid role serves as the primary owner and facilitator of the U.S. Sales New Hire Orientation program while supporting key Sales Operations functions, including Vendor Credentialing and Fleet Programs. The position plays a critical role in advancing the company's "speed to ready" objective by delivering consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire readiness and productivity. The role is accountable for the successful delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the onboarding program, including curriculum management, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.
