EarthRights International is a nonprofit organization that combines legal advocacy, human rights and environmental campaigning, and grassroots capacity-building to defend communities harmed by corporate and government abuses. Through strategic litigation, policy advocacy, documentation, and training programs like the EarthRights School, it works to hold extractive industries and other powerful actors accountable and to protect land, livelihoods, and ecosystems. Operating regionally (including the Mekong region) and globally, EarthRights centers community empowerment and systemic change under the motto “People. Power. Justice.”
