- Certificate in People and Business Leadership (Live Better U/Bellevue University) - Preferred
- Firearms Criminal Background Check (if facility sells firearms)
- State Certificate of Eligibility (if facility sells ammunition and state requires)
- Completion of Job-Required Trainings and Assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)
