User Access Manager

The User Access Manager is a senior individual contributor and people leader responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, health, and continuous improvement of Alter Domus' Identity and Access Management capabilities. The role leads a team of ten professionals across Identity Governance, Customer Identity, and Privileged Access domains, ensuring the right people have appropriate access to resources while maintaining operational coverage and compliance.
