User Documentation Specialist

About this role
The User Documentation Specialist at LAIKA will produce clear, user-friendly documentation for proprietary tools, workflows, and third-party systems to support artists, engineers, and creative teams. The role partners with the Technology Engagement & Development (TED) team, the Sr Technology Engagement & Development Manager, and training analysts to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption. This position contributes to documentation strategy and helps maintain the Technology department’s technical documentation systems.
