User Research Analyst

This role leads client research and discovery for a major business transformation initiative at Technical Safety BC, recruiting participants and facilitating focus groups and interviews to gather insights. The position involves analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and synthesize findings that help cross-functional teams make informed decisions about ongoing changes. The User Research Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the client voice is integrated into the transformation process.
