User Research and Operations Lead

This role owns the end-to-end system for gathering, synthesizing, and acting on family feedback across multiple channels to directly influence product development and sprint planning. The position involves building repeatable operational processes, managing a team in Nairobi, and fostering close connections with users in the US, Kenya, and Rwanda. It requires turning qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable priorities while ensuring families receive feedback when their input leads to product changes.
