The Usher will serve as the first point of contact for patrons at The Platform, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with seating, ticket scanning, and accessibility needs. Working under the Audience Services Director and House Managers, the role supports performances, venue rentals, and emergency response efforts while maintaining a welcoming environment for diverse audiences.
