About this role
The UT GEAR UP GUIDES 2025 Site Coordinator is a fixed-term college-outreach role based in Aldine, TX supporting GEAR UP cohort students, families, and school staff to increase college awareness, readiness, and postsecondary enrollment. The coordinator provides academic and college counseling, mentors students, and partners with schools and community organizations to deliver program services and activities. This position reports to the Project Director and is expected to continue through September 30, 2026.
