Utilities Civil Project Manager

This Utilities Civil Project Manager role supports ComEd’s New Business Program by managing customer-driven infrastructure projects from proposal through design, construction coordination, and final closeout. The position serves as the primary point of contact for civil and site-related scope, contractors, municipalities, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, constructible, and compliant project delivery. Responsibilities include evaluating civil site conditions, reviewing design packages, coordinating field activities, and ensuring alignment with utility standards, permitting requirements, and construction schedules.
