Utilities Director

This role directs the operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the City's potable water and reuse treatment plants, wellfield facilities, and related infrastructure. The position involves leadership of treatment plant operations, maintenance activities, capital improvement planning, and workforce development initiatives under the general direction of the Utilities Director.
