Utilities Division Manager

This management position oversees the daily operations and staff of the Water Operations, Wastewater Operations, and Distribution Operations departments for the City of Villa Rica Utilities Division. The role involves managing water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution and collection systems, and contract management while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The position also includes supervising personnel, managing budgets, and acting as the Department Director in the absence of the Utilities Director.
