Utility Administration Clerk

This role involves performing clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks to maintain accurate utility billing accounts and ensure proper accounting of payments. The position requires utilizing various software systems to process payments, research accounts, and generate work orders while providing excellent customer service to the community. The employee will also maintain department files, recommend procedural improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and ordinances.
