Utility and Energy Engineering Manager

This role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain Engineering, and Operations to develop and implement utility and energy strategies that reduce costs while maximizing equipment performance across complex infrastructure systems. The position requires deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to evaluate, improve, and modernize utility systems while navigating ambiguity and advancing proven and emerging solutions. The role involves leading technical assessments, developing capital plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize steam, compressed air, boiler, and wastewater systems.
