Utility Billing Field Technician

This position performs utility billing related field tasks such as meter disconnects, reconnects, and misreads to accurately read and record water consumption of utility customers. The role involves working under the general supervision of the Utility Billing Manager to maintain meter boxes, inspect for leaks, and ensure accurate water usage data. Employees are responsible for operating city vehicles, utilizing mobile devices for work orders, and providing assistance to the public.
