Utility Cleaner

The Utility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and safety throughout all guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and hotel facilities. This position performs deep cleaning, detailed inspections, and restorative cleaning to ensure all hotel areas meet Omni brand standards and guest expectations. The role serves as a quality champion by identifying and addressing cleanliness concerns before they impact the guest experience.
