Utility Crew

The Utility Crew role provides operational support across surface mine and heap leach facilities at Pan Mine, performing labor, maintenance assistance, and process support tasks to ensure safe and efficient operations. The position requires proficiency with heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, dozers, and water trucks, along with strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude. This full-time, 10-hour day shift role is ideal for individuals with a strong safety mindset and experience in a mining environment.
