About this role

The Utility Engineer supports, improves, and maintains site utility systems at the Pennsville facility, ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical infrastructure such as steam, chilled water, HVAC, and purified water. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The position requires adherence to cGMP and SHE standards while supporting capital projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain site utility systems including steam, chilled water, and HVAC
Troubleshoot utility failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
Provide engineering input for capital projects and optimize preventive maintenance strategies

Skills

Qualifications

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fieldNew Jersey Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator license
