Utility Engineer

The Utility Engineer at JLL serves as a hands-on member of the facilities team, ensuring the daily operational excellence of building systems and infrastructure through fundamental maintenance tasks. This role involves performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, completing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and conducting regular building inspections to maintain safe and efficient environments. The position requires managing facility work orders via a CMMS and collaborating with Stationary and Chief Engineers to support property operations.
