Utility Locator I

The Utility Locator I is an entry‑level position that works under the direction of a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Analyst to locate underground utilities and mark them with paint and flags. The role involves using maps, records, and specialized field equipment such as ground‑penetrating radar and electromagnetic locators to produce accurate field sketches for client use. It also includes maintaining records, conducting site inspections, and assisting with equipment and vehicle upkeep.
