Utility Technician

The Utility Technician performs essential kitchen activities, including pot washing, dish washing, and general cleaning duties, while ensuring the safe storage of food and non-food supplies. This role involves setting up and maintaining dishwashing areas, sanitizing equipment, and transporting linen to and from the laundry. The position also includes food cart preparation tasks such as checking temperatures and reheating food to support the culinary services team.
