Utility

This position is responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations, including dishwashing, cleaning production equipment, and floor sanitation. The role involves transporting food, assisting with receiving and buffet replenishment, and adhering to strict safety and uniform standards. The ideal candidate will follow direction from the lead steward and provide excellent service to guests and internal clients.
