This position coordinates, integrates, and monitors the utilization of behavioral health or physical health services for members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role involves performing clinical reviews to determine the appropriateness of services, collaborating with providers and case management, and referring complex cases to the Medical Director. The position may require participation in a rotating on-call schedule and adherence to departmental metrics for timeliness and production.
