The Alliance is hiring a Utilization Management Director (RN) to lead the Utilization Management Department. This hybrid, Central California–based role is responsible for guiding UM strategy and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize health care outcomes. The position reports to the Health Services Executive Director and requires extensive nursing and utilization management experience.

It also partners with community organizations and programs to support enrollment, member education, and efforts addressing social determinants of health.
