UW-Managed Program Director

The UW-Managed Program Director directs and administers the UW-Managed program, overseeing the delivery of design and construction projects for the Universities of Wisconsin outside the governor's funding program. This supervisory role manages a team of at least 2.0 FTE, handling budget forecasting, risk mitigation, contract coordination, and compliance with building codes and sustainability standards. The director serves as the primary liaison between university leadership, external agencies, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
