About this role

A technical expert in user experience (UX) research who will design and lead discovery and usability testing sprints to identify opportunities to improve the caseworker experience and workload under new eligibility and compliance requirements. The role produces actionable research artifacts—journey maps, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps of automation opportunities—to reduce staffing burdens and modernize operations. The position requires close collaboration with project, design, development, product, and program teams and building trusted relationships with public-sector stakeholders to represent the voice of the user.
