This role serves as the primary interface between the customer and the Design & Development team, managing all V-cycle software support activities at the OEM. The position involves facilitating specification discussions, supporting validation events, and conducting field failure part analysis to ensure product quality and timely resolution of issues. Additionally, the role requires effective cross-functional communication and the management of a resident engineer team to align with business targets and employee development.
