Valet Captain

The Valet Captain represents the hotel at the main entrance by greeting guests enthusiastically and ensuring smooth driveway traffic flow for easy access and luggage handling. This role involves coordinating with Bellpersons to manage luggage delivery and vehicle valet services while maintaining a clean and orderly front-of-hotel environment. The position requires providing exceptional arrival and departure experiences for all guests, including VIPs, and conducting key audits at the end of each shift.
