Valet Department Supervisor

This role is responsible for providing superior guest services by coordinating and supervising the Valet Department at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana. The position ensures the safe and efficient transportation, arrival, and departure of guests and team member vehicles, while also overseeing property shuttle buses and coat check services. The incumbent acts as a mentor to team members, builds guest relations, and maintains effective communication with staff and management to ensure high service standards.
