Valet Supervisor

The Bell Captain (Supervisor) oversees the daily operation of the hotel’s shuttle services and valet, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures while maintaining safety and hospitality standards. The role provides direct leadership to shuttle drivers and valet staff, enforces brand standards, and coordinates with other departments to support daily operations and events. The position also requires occasional operation of the shuttle and hands-on support during peak periods.
