The Validation & Compliance Specialist supports Fedcap Canada's operations by validating jobseeker support and performance milestone submissions to ensure compliance with funder requirements, internal policies, and government regulations. Reporting to the Validation & Compliance Supervisor, the role maintains data accuracy, prepares audit‑ready records, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve compliance workflows.
